Lui Chun Kwong, Victor was born in Guangdong in 1956. He received a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from The National Taiwan Normal University in 1980 and a Master's degree from The Goldsmiths College, University of London in 1994. He participated in various exhibitions, including "An Exhibition to Mark The 10th Anniversary of Hong Kong Art Centre" (Hong Kong Arts Centre 1987); "Solo Exhibition of Lui Chun Kwong" (Hong Kong Deron Gallery, 1990) and "Solo Exhibition of Lui Chung Kwong" (Cheng Pin Gallery, Taipei, 1991).
