Brian Tilbrook holds a Bachelor's degree from the London Art College. He has worked as a designer, teacher and painter in Hong Kong for over 30 years. He participated in "Art Show - Hong Kong Arts Centre Inaugural Exhibition 1977" (Hong Kong Arts Centre, 1977).
