Jerry Kwan was born in Xinhui, Guangdong in 1934. He received a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts of The Columbus College of Art and Design, Ohio, U.S.A in 1976 and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts of The Syracuse University, U.S.A in 1978. He participated in “Corners of Metropolis”（SOHO Space, New York, U.S.A, 1993）and “City Light”（Trigram Gallery, Hong Kong, 1996）.
