Angeli Sowani was born in India. She graduated from The National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad. Her solo exhibitions included "Solo Exhibition of Angeli Sowani" (The Rotunda Gallery, 2000); "Solo Exhibition of Angeli Sowani" (Taj Art Gallery, 2000) and "Solo Exhibition of Angeli Sowani" (Jehangir Art Gallery, 2001).
