It is a documentary about madness, with forgotten little stories in the city. HOCC and Yan Yan Mak walked into a forgotten community through music and image. Their civil rights were not implemented due to the lack of institutions or imperfect social policies; however, they were living hard.

Ten years ago, the film interviewed more than 10 grassroots people, who are struggling day in and day out with their mental illness, and psychiatrists, singers, and artists to share their stories about madness with the camera. The documentary combines impressive stories and profound analysis from multiple dimensions and increases the understanding of the society towards the people recovering from mental illness as well as those still struggling with it. “All members of human family equal” – is it a dream only?

Now, everyone participated in the documentary has different path in life after ten years…If we still stick to our beliefs in benevolence and justice, we can revisit this documentary together in the cinema, which has a special meaning for both the filmmaker and the audience.
