“2012 Alan Turing Centenary” Commemoration Mini-Exhibition

The aim of this exhibition is to commemorate the Alan Turing Centenary on 23 June 2012, and to promote more awareness of Alan Turing (Father of computer science) in the general public.  Exhibits include: Videos of “Turing Trilogy” lectures (1. Turing Machine; 2. Breaking the Enigma Code; 3. Turing Test - Artificial Intelligence) by Cambridge Wong, interviews of Hong Kong Computer Society members and the Director of Microwave International New Media Art Festival, recorded Turing songs sung by Tutor Fung Ha-yin of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, plus various artworks by well-known Hong Kong artists, and selected articles by well-known Hong Kong writers.
