應徵者需具一般電專常識，中五程度，能操中英語及對舞台技術工作有興趣，具舞台燈光及音響工作經驗則獲優先考慮。需輪班工作，試用期滿後可享有醫療保險及三星期有薪年假。
應徵者如獲錄用，本中心將以一年合約方式聘用。合約期滿，視乎服務需要和工作表現，可續新約，且有機會轉為長工。

Responsibilities:
- Provide ushering and front of house service in theatres, assist in house rules and regulations enforcement.
- Perform effective communication with patrons, guests and venue hirers.
- Assist in crowd control to ensure smooth running of events and activities.
- Handle enquiries and provide high standard of customer services for venue visitors
- Assist in facilities management for maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all venue users.
- Maintain signage / poster/ publicity material up to date for the public in the premises.
- Assist with other functions as instructed by Duty Manager.

- Form 5 or above with relevant experience in customer services is an advantage.
- Pleasant, energetic, extrovert and willing to help customers.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Required to work on weekdays’ evenings as well as in weekends and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
