The Box Office will remain open for 30 minutes after the start of the last performance each night.

This service is available to all events from the first counter sale date until 1 hour before performance.

A handling charge (which is non-refundable) is levied at HK$7 per ticket, or up to a maximum of HK$23 per order

Customers choosing ticket collection service can collect their pre-paid tickets from Cityline Ticket Dispensing Machines or at the sales counter at any of the URBTIX outlets with the credit card used for telephone and online booking.

Postal delivery of pre-paid tickets is also available up to 7 days before the performance.

Each ticket admits one person only (including children). Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Concessionary ticket holders (including full-time students, senior citizens and people with disabilities) must show proof of identity.
