Hong Kong Arts Centre Box Office:
Opening Hours: 10am - 6pm daily
The Box Office will remain open for 30 minutes after the start of the last performance each night.
All Hong Kong Arts Centre programme tickets are sold via URBTIX. There are 3 ways to get tickets:

1. Telephone Credit Card Booking Hotline:
Call Ticket Hotline: 2111 5999 (Opening Hours: 10am-8pm daily)
This service is available for all events from the date of the first counter sale until 1 hour before the performance.
A handling charge (which is non-refundable) is levied at HK$6.5 per ticket, up to a maximum of HK$20 per order.
Tickets booked on the telephone credit card booking service more than 7 days before the performance will be mailed to you directly. As delivery by mail takes time, tickets booked within 7 days of the performance should be collected in person at the sales counter at any of the URBTIX outlets upon presentation of the credit card used for the telephone credit card booking.

Remarks:
- Each ticket admits one person only (including children). Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Concessionary ticket holders (including full-time students, senior citizens and people with disabilities) must show proof of identity.
