The Hong Kong Arts Centre aims to engage the local community in the appreciation and creation of the arts through a unique combination of its two main activities. These are:
1. Providing the community with diverse and educationally-enriching programmes of contemporary visual arts, film and performing arts
2. Offering a wide range of quality arts education programmes covering Fine Art, Applied Art, Media Art and Drama Education.
