Responsibilities: · Provide quality customer service to theatre patrons include checking tickets at the admission point, lead audience to their seats, answer customer enquiry, displaying and distribution of publicity material, assist in crowd control and perform all other related front of house duties.
Requirements: · Form 7 or above · Good communication skills, enjoy working with people · Be polite, helpful and initiative · Good command of spoken Cantonese and English; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred · Previous experience in customer services / ushering is preferred · Must able to work during weekday evenings from 6:30-11pm and weekends, also available during daytime is an advantage. · Work on roster. Hourly rate at $44, minimum call time 3 hours.
