Job Title Administrative Officer (Communication & Development) (Ref: AOCD)
Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and co-ordinate the content management of the School’s online channels / social media platforms including the School’s website, FB, IG and Youtube page.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate the production of the School’s publications and marketing collaterals.
  • Assist in organizing the School’s graduation exhibitions at BA / HD level and other School events.
  • Assist in student’s recruitment campaign and marketing activities including programme seminars / Education Expo etc.
  • Handle media relations and monitor the publicity records of the School
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • With work location mainly at the School’s Chai Wan Campus (at Youth Square).


Requirements:

  • Degree holder, majoring in Art / Visual Culture / Marketing / Communication or related discipline preferred.
  • 3 years working experience in art, tertiary education sector, marketing.
  • Passion in art education with basic knowledge of local tertiary education system.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient / Knowledge in Adobe or Design / Video Editing applications such as Photoshop and AI, HTML, and CMS (Content Management System) / Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effect is a plus.
  • Good team player with pleasant and out-going personality.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available preferred


The appointment is on one-year term, and is to be renewed subject to mutual agreements and operational needs.

Job Title Assistant Programme Manager/ Programme Manager (Audience Development) [Ref No.: APM(AD)/PM(AD)]
Job Description

Responsibilities                                                                                        

To drive Audience Development for the Hong Kong Arts Centre by -

  1. Develop the audience development strategy
  2. Curate and programme for art outreach and education activities;
  3. Manage and support colleagues in driving different elements of audience engagement including: audience statistic, residency, guided tour, workshop, talk and demonstration;
  4. Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Programme Manager


Requirements                                                                                           

  1. A degree from university with at least 5 years of experience in art outreach/ education/ social engagement is preferred
  2. Passionate about the building audience for the Arts and interest in the role of Art in social change, and other public domains
  3. nowledge in psychology, sociology and/or statistic is a plus
  4. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential;
  5. Adaptive and enthusiastic character; believe in teamwork and synergy
  6. Self-motivated and willing to work flexible hours

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Provide ushering and front of house service in theatres, assist in house rules and regulations enforcement.
2. Perform effective communication with patrons, guests and venue hirers.
3. Assist in crowd control to ensure smooth running of events and activities.
4. Handle enquiries and provide high standard of customer services for venue visitors
5. Assist in facilities management for maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all venue users.
6. Update signage / poster/ publicity material for the public in the premises.
7. Assist with other functions as instructed by Duty Manager.


Requirements:

1. Holder of HKDSE or above with relevant experience in customer services is an advantage.

4. Required to work on weekdays’ evenings as well as in weekends and public holidays.
