Job Title Assistant IT Support Officer (Ref:AITSO)
Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To provide day to day support for servers and office workstations
  • To provide web server operation and problem investigation
  • To provide technical support for PC and Mac
  • To provide technical support for sites LAN and WiFi networking
  • To take care of the technical need of students and staff members
  • To update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware and software
  • To perform physical health check for DC, DV, project and multimedia equipment


Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Computing or related disciplines or at least 1 year’s solid working experience in related field
  • Self-initiative & able to work independently
  • Having good communication skills is preferable
  • Knowledge in Windows server
  • Knowledge in Mac OSX
  • Knowledge in HTML5
  • Experience in Linux platform
  • Experience in Apache, PHP and Mysql
  • Interest in website or graphic will be an advantage

Job Title Part-time Ushers
Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Provide ushering and front of house service in theatres, assist in house rules and regulations enforcement.
2. Perform effective communication with patrons, guests and venue hirers.
3. Assist in crowd control to ensure smooth running of events and activities.
4. Handle enquiries and provide high standard of customer services for venue visitors
5. Assist in facilities management for maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all venue users.
6. Update signage / poster/ publicity material for the public in the premises.
7. Assist with other functions as instructed by Duty Manager.


Requirements:

1. Holder of HKDSE or above with relevant experience in customer services is an advantage.
2. Pleasant, energetic, extrovert and willing to help customers.
3. Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
4. Required to work on weekdays’ evenings as well as in weekends and public holidays.
5. Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Title Part-time Customer Service Officer (Ref: PT-CSO)
Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Work as receptionist and shop keeper in the Comic Home Base Information Centre
  2. Handle customer enquiries and provide information to venue visitors.
  3. Maintain smooth daily operation including opening and closure of the shop, managing product display, answering enquiry calls.
  4. Perform sales transaction and inventory management
  5. Assist with in-house events and activities if necessary.



Requirements:

  1. Holder of HKDSE or above with relevant working experience in customer service, previous experience in working as lobby receptionist, retail shop or cashier is a definite advantage
  2. Outgoing, tactful, and have a friendly and helpful personality
  3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and CWP
  4. Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure
  5. Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  6. Willing to work on shift; including weekends and public holidays.
  7. Immediate availability is preferred
