Job Title Assistant / Venue Operation Officer (Ref : VOO / AVOO)
Job Description

The officer will be responsible for performing the frontline operations of Comix Home Base (CHB) under the supervision of the Programme and Operation Manager and its obligations include:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide services at Reception Counters
  • Handle visitors’ enquiries
  • Answer CHB telephone hotline and email enquiries
  • Handle docent tour service at CHB
  • Liaise with other departments and tenants and coordinate to provide the required services
  • Provide administrative and clerical supports on CHB programmes

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum F.6 graduated and tertiary educated is preferred
  • With at least 1-2 years solid experience of customer services
  • Passionate in customer services work
  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferable
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office application
  • Good telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Work on shift; 5 days per week including public holidays

Job Title 學院設施助理 School Facilities Assistant (兼職) [參考編號: PT-SFA]
Job Description

入職要求:

  • 中學程度: 香港中學會考(五科合格優先考慮);或香港中學文憑考試(中國語文及英國語文科達二級優先考慮);或香港高級程度會考(中國語文及英國語文科合格優先考慮)。
  • 一年以上工作經驗。
  • 成熟、進取、有責任心、具合作精神。
  • 能操簡單英語 (說話及書寫,以便與外藉老師溝通)。



工作範疇:

  • 須於學院不同校舍工作 (以柴灣筲箕灣區為主)。
  • 須輪班工作(視乎學院於夜間的校舍運作或課程安排,須於晚上 即7時至11時,及週末與週日工作)
  • 為學院預備課堂及各項活動等的器材及場地設置 ,包括設置及收拾枱凳與器材。
  • 負責處理學生的器材借還、檢查學院的各種器材及設施,包括相機、攝錄機及投影機等。
  • 為學院各部門提供運作上的支援,包括不同校舍間之文件交送、重型器材運送、校舍內一般的傢俱或器材維修等。
  • 處理學生對器材或場地設施的查詢及少量院務文書工作。


待遇:

Job Title Assistant Administrative Officer 【(General), School Administration】 (Ref: AAO-GSA)
Job Description

Job Duties:

  • To provide counter / frontline service at the School Enrolment Office and Services Counter, including handling enquires from students, teachers and the public.
  • To assist senior teammates in maintaining the operation of the School Enrolment Office and Services Counter, and to assist with relevant venue support duties when necessary.
  • To perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and preparing statistic reports.
  • To maintain and monitor the operation of the School’s computerized student data system.
  • To take care of financial transactions in relation to student services.
  • Shift work (equalling to 5 working days per week spanning potentially from Monday to Saturday) is required with work location at the School’s Chai Wan Campus and Main Campus in Wanchai.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferable (Holder of Higher Diploma or equivalent in relevant disciplines with solid working experience in the area will also be considered).
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of frontline working experience at counter, reception area, or customer services.
  • Interest in art and/or with administrative and frontline working experience in the field of art or tertiary education will be an advantage.
  • Team player who is pleasant, energetic, outgoing, mature, patient, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills, good initiatives, good problem-solving skills, as well as strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in speaking English and Chinese (Cantonese and preferably also Mandarin).

Responsibilities:
1. Provide ushering and front of house service in theatres, assist in house rules and regulations enforcement.
2. Perform effective communication with patrons, guests and venue hirers.
3. Assist in crowd control to ensure smooth running of events and activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work as receptionist and shop keeper in the Comic Home Base Information Centre

  6. Willing to work on shift; including weekends and public holidays.
