HLMMS is a twin-studio established in 2006 for the study and pursuit of mathematics and music.
As a part of its activities, the Studio provides selected tutorial classes for individuals and small groups in
both subjects. The Studio adopts the time honoured Oxbridge tutorial system in which one tutor takes
individual or a small group of students throughout the course of study. The personalized form of teaching
permits the tutor to tailor the course to the specific needs of the students and provides ample opportunities
for the students to interact with the tutor and /or among themselves.
