Hong Kong Arts Centre Box Office Opening Hours:

Daily from 10am to 6pm and additionally on performance days remains open until half an hour after the last performance starts.

All tickets of Hong Kong Arts Centre programmes are sold via URBTIX. There are 3 channels of getting tickets:

1. Telephone Reservation and Ticketing Enquiries:

(10am-8pm daily)
Tickets may be reserved free of charge by the hotline 2734 9009 starting one day after the commencement of counter booking. Tickets must be collected and paid within three days of booking (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) at any one of the URBTIX outlets. Reservation made within three days prior to each performance will be held up to one hour before the performance, after which time the reservation will be cancelled.

Payment method: by cash or credit card only

2. Credit Card Booking Hotline:

(10am-8pm daily)
Simply placing order at 2111 5999. Your tickets will be mailed to you directly and charged to your credit card account. No registration is required.
This service is available from the first counter sale date until 7 days before each performance.
Service fee: HK$5 per ticket booked or HK$20 per booking order, whichever is the less.

3. Internet Online Booking:

Internet ticketing is available for selected events, please visit www.urbtix.hk for details.

Remarks:

- Each ticket admits one person only. All tickets sold cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- Concessionary ticket holders (including full-time students, senior citizens and people with disabilities) will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of identity.
