Founder and Chairman of the international cultural and creative group ARTOX GROUP and the Asian youth art platform APPortfolio. He also plays multifaceted roles as an artist, international curator, and columnist. As a key driving force behind introducing ‘urban/pop art’ to Asia and championing cross-industry art commercialisation, he has long been dedicated to bridging world-class artistic resources, renowned brands, and pop culture, fostering international exchange and commercial innovation in contemporary art. Alan CHIU
Founder and Managing Partner of ELLALAN, and a qualified lawyer in both Hong Kong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). As a highly influential legal expert in Intellectual Property, Technology, and Entertainment Law across Hong Kong and Mainland China, Alan brings over 20 years of practice experience. Director of AI Education & OPC Incubation at FizzDragon, as well as the Founder of HK AIGC Creator Hub, a growing community of over 170 members. She holds a Master’s degree in Translation & Interpreting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With over 10 years of experience in digital media, e-learning, and higher education, she served as an Instructor at the University of Hong Kong & The Chinese University of Hong Kong, teaching multimedia and digital literacy. In addition, she brings over 8 years of hands-on audiovisual production experience spanning the entire pipeline—from pre-production planning, directing, and shooting to post-production editing and colour grading.
In 2026, she was invited as a panel speaker for prominent organisations including Cyberport and Ming Pao, and trained more than 100 students across various age groups. She is dedicated to injecting fresh momentum into the film industry, mass communication, EdTech, and digital innovation.

About Comix Home Base
Comics and animation are important local pop culture and artistic creations. Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) has been dedicated to planning and organising diverse and unique activities to promote the arts and culture of comics and animation to the local community and abroad.
Since 2006, HKAC curated Comix Home Base project (CHB), and has been working closely with comics artists, animators, industry practitioners and various government departments to promote local works. Over 1,000 ani-com-related events are hosted, such as exhibitions, talks, workshops, performances, publications, screenings, public arts, etc.
In recent years, Comix Home Base has continued to proactively orchestrate cross-media collaborations and look for crossovers between comics and different media like public art, movie, dance, intangible cultural heritage, martial arts etc., expanding the creative space for comix. Outside Hong Kong, the footprints of Comix Home Base can be found overseas in France, Belgium, Britain, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Japan, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Russia, Indonesia, Portugal, Türkiye, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Austria, etc. This has facilitated the involvement of numerous Hong Kong comics artists in international collaboration projects. Also, local comics have been successfully published in different foreign versions in European countries and the United States, increasing the international recognition of local comics and animation artists.
