We are thrilled to announce that the Hong Kong Arts Centre (Comix Home Base) will be hosting the ‘Comix Arts Fest 2025 Hong Kong’ (the “Art Fair”) this July-August! This exciting festival celebrates creativity and artistry, and we are now officially calling all talented comic-illustration-artists to join us. Once you are selected, your work(s) will have the opportunity to be exhibited at the Art Fair in the G/F- 4/F Jockey Club Atrium or 3/F Diana Cheung Gallery of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, from 22 July to 31 August 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your original artworks, be a part of an incredible community, and reach a wider audience.
Eligibility
- Open to all Hong Kong comics artists and illustrators. (Eligibility for Hong Kong Permanent Resident)
- Each artist may submit up to 4 original hand-drawn artworks for the Art Fair. (Digital drawing artworks will not be accepted)
Application Guidelines
- Application Deadline: 16 June, 2025, 11:59pm
- Application Fee: HK$100 for each artwork submitted
- Required Materials: Applicant’s information, artwork information (including title, artwork description, medium, dimension, year and price), artwork image, application fee transfer record and so on.
- Application Method: Fill out the online application form and upload your materials via the following link.

- The Art Fair has a jury panel that can accept or reject any application and has the final decision-making authority.
- If the applicant’s artwork is selected and becomes a participant in the Art Fair, will receive an email notification. Upon selection, each participant will need to pay an additional administrative fee of HK$500.
- All exhibited artworks must be framed by participants. Participants are also responsible for the transportation cost of delivering the artworks to Hong Kong Arts Centre.
- Participants’ artworks will be publicly exhibited and may be purchased or collected by art enthusiasts. The sales proceeds will be split 50/50 between the participants and the Hong Kong Arts Centre.
Artist Talk and Master Class Series: In addition to the Art Fair, we will be hosting a series of artist talks and master classes. If you are interested to teach or to host a talk, please also show your interests here and share with us what you like to teach in your class.
